  • Either works. Many agents have the seller pay directly, while some brokerages/agents pay and get reimbursed at closing. We’ll align invoicing with your preferred workflow.

  • We outline payment terms in the booking agreement. For most installs, payment is due at scheduling or at install (depending on scope).
