Consultation & Action Plan

The Consultation and Action Plan involves meeting with the homeowner for an overall viewing of the property. A thorough assessment is made focusing on curb appeal,  first impressions, flow, focal points, and areas of concern. Home Appeal provides the seller with a step by step Action Plan that includes recommendations and solutions to showcase their home. This consultation and report are for homeowners who prefer to do the work on their own.

Fee: $200

Consultation & Action Plan with Staging Services

In addition to the Consultation & Action Plan, Home Appeal provides full staging services to manage the recommendations in the Action Plan. Home Appeal offers hands-on staging services because knowing what needs to be done and actually doing it are two different things. Home Appeal ensures every detail of your Action Plan is carried out for maximum buyer appeal!

Fee: $200 plus $35 per hour for staging services. 
 


                             Interior Re-Design / One Day Re-Decorating

Home Appeal is delighted to provide Interior Re-Design services, also known as One Day Re-Decorating. This exciting new service allows you to have a decorators look without the expense!  In a matter of hours, Home Appeal will transform any room in your home using the furnishings and decorative items you already own!  Imagine at the end of the day you can have an exciting new look to show off and enjoy without the expense! 

Fee: $35.00 per hour.   Average cost per room $200 -$245



                                          Move-In Decorating Services

Have you recently moved into a new home, decorating a second home or downsizing into a retirement home?  Home Appeal can help create beautiful new spaces with the furnishings and accessories you already have.  We want to create rooms in your new home that are inviting, functional and reflect your desired style!

Fee: $35.00 per hour.   Average cost per room $200 -$245
 

                                          Client Shopping Services

Because shopping for home decorative items can be overwhelming and time consuming, Home Appeal is pleased to provide personal shopping services. Depending on your preference, I can do the shopping for you or accompany you to stores. I will provide the advice you need to help you avoid indecision and costly decorating mistakes. Whether you're shopping for a few small pieces or shopping to create a whole new room, I can provide the assistance you need to create your desired look.

Fee: $35.00 / hour 


                                                   Gift Certificates

A One Day Redecorating Gift Certificate is the perfect gift for any occasion - House Warming, Wedding Gift, Birthday's, Mother's Day...or any occasion. Gift Certificates can be sent to you or the recipient.
